As far as I could make out, it is only an automated service relating to billing.
Anything I could do here, I could also do on line.
To get to speak to anyone I was informed that I should call 08442 414141
Out of interest who informed you of that? A Sky employee perhaps?
I will be calling it later to check on billing but I have used it to renew and to advise I wanted to cancel.
I will report back later on how it went.
