I think when they first started advertising they had a 0845 number. Pizza hut starting sponsoring simpsons repeats on channel 4 when C4 got the rights to show the repeats from BBC 2

Big John's message re connecting to Sky Customer Services also works for connecting to Sky Technical Services ie use08002792000, key option 1 and then ask to be put through to technical service. The number 0138308142190 which this site currently lists as an option is no longer available. Hope this is of help.

Your call should be answered in under 1 mins. Err 1 min on the 0800, I wonder if its 24 mins on the 0870!!!

New Sky Customer Service Number???

Does any one no a non geographical or free phone customer service number ofr sky

I have tried the 0800 731965 option 2 number but it just says that the service is not avalible

please can any one help

i have searched the say no to 0870 database but they are either no loger working or they dont route to customer services

Anyone got any UK geographic number for Sky where they can put me through to CS?

Both 0800's seem to be down and I don't fancy the 353 number as it costs me 15p a minute.

Edit : I rang Head Office on 0207 7053000 and they wouldn't put me through to CS so I told them they'd lose a customer and they put me through to complaints (just let it ring and it gets answered quickly) who were able to sort my problem out pretty darn quickly.
