Used various numbers to call sky kept being told numbers no longer in service, got through using 01506 421825. I was asked to choose an option I did nothing was then asked again and I did nothing, was then asked to key in my telephone number again I did nothing this was repeated and after doing nothing I was put in to the customer services queue and after holding for a while, at no cost to me, my call was dealt with by an unfriendly customer service agent who was eventually able to resolve my multiroom problem. Hope this helps save you all some pennies.

Forget about using any telephone numbers.

I have found I get a very fast response by using the following email addresses.

james.murdoch@bskyb.com
allcustomercareescalation@bsyb.com
customerzone@bskyb.com
execcustenq@bskyb.com

I emailed on a wednesday and was promised and engineer for the same friday.

An update on 01506 421 746
The message starts 'Thanksfor calling the Regional support team' and then goes on to talk about a mobile seal(????) technology enquiry.

Well, the most we can possibly gather is that this number has something to do with Sky? Can you please post some further information or we won't be able to help you.

If you search the database for 'sky', the first result gives a link to this post. I found 01506 421746 answers with a menu with an options for engineers. Also, a member tried 01506 831786 and reported back that it's for engineers only.

Are you employed by Sky? Or are you an aerial rigger who installs Sky TV dishes?

Tier 3 technical support is 0800 053 2320

Hi,

Juts used the 01506 421882 number & got through straightaway. Like the man says just hit option 5 and ignore the "enter your telephone number" bit
The sky person was very polite and helpful, sorted me out with half-price movies over Christmas (wooo!), and only tried to sell me Sky Talk a little bit.

This line is for Easynet and UKonline customers, however the guy did put me through to Tier 3 Sky support.

Just ask to be put through to Tier 3 sky support. Cool
