I got the same result as above but after a bit of investigation and reading posts on page 26 I dialled 01506421746 and than selecting option 2 and on the next menu option 3 I got transferred to the Customer Care Department and got a result.... It seems that Sky are trying it on but maybe we are one step ahead of 'em! Grin

It did work only for them to give me another number for the required dept. 01506 677 030. From this number I had an answer machine which gave me, GUESS WHAT, 0870 7103 504.

I tried 01506 421813 and got through to the dept. I needed with no problems at all.
