Yep this site has saved me a small fortune past few years Cool

This number worked fine for me today. When on hold being passed to cancellation team the hol dmusic was telling me all about the sky service for pubs & clubs so looks like this number is for commercial sky accounts. However the agent who answered was happy to assist with a private account.

30 min call so saved £1.50! And managed to get a free engineer call out of them. So I am £67.50 better off than I could have been!

(Its in database as unconfirmed.) On second attempt - first call ring and hung up. Second guy, "Thanks for calling.. TiVo?.. how can I help." lol. Typical Sky customer services! Anyway they sorted me. (Just swapping sub over to my other box.)

01506 421 884 still working - answered straight away, "Customer Services"
dealt with problem promptly (apart from the statutory 10 minute on hold in the middle !! )

I didn't know about this site til about 2 weeks ago, so now im making sure I get the most from my much cheaper calls. Thanks to my Orange broadband 2nd line im able to call UK landlines, orange mobiles and 100 countries ( I got in before they changed it 30 ) all for free. SKY tried to take more from my bank account than I expected, so they gave me the address to write to and complain. I made them spell out almost every line of the address Tongue

Using these numbers even seems to get me through to someone faster, so all is good. Keep up the good work everyone.

,i have been using this site for a while now and have finaly decided to join .
After checking the bank to find that sky has taken two and a half times their subscription charge in one month i was to say the least puzzled . So onto here and did a search ,like allways you came up top trump's ,i rang 01506 421 884 this morning gave them my details and within 2 mins i was speaking to the right person and the problem sorted .
As its easter this is one happy

List of currently working Sky numbers:

Customer Services - 01506 421 884, 01506 421 702, 01506 831 781 - can anyone confirm if this still works please?
"TiVo" Customer Service - 01506 421 710 (will deal with normal customer service enquiries)
Sky Anytime - 01506 421 895 (ignore "star" prompts)

Please remember to let us know if the numbers stop working, and report back any new numbers that work

Just used the above 01506 421 884 number and because they were busy I was given the option to use the callback service. You leave your name and number and they promise to call you back within an hour. First time I have heard of this service.
True to their word the callback came within 3 minutes.
At last someone up there may be listening.

Might be best to replace it with the 884 number (with a link back here) as the 884 is being continually confirmed as still working.

I got my letter today. Good news if you are a sky customer! However seen the price increases?
Calls to 0870 up from 6p per minute/1.5p evening TO 10p/8p
Calls to 0845 up from 2p per minute/.5p evening TO 6p all the time.

Talk about giving with one hand and taking away with the other! Makes them look good but as always increases their revenue.

As a sky customer, seriously need to increase my geographical database now!!!
