While I appreciate that you do not like Indian call centres (I don't know anyone that does), please keep your unconstructive comments off the forum.

Which 01506 number are you calling? Are you calling the customer services (01506 421712) number?

Unconstructive?
Well thanks.

I was asking if any numbers went directly to another non-indian centre, as I usually end up getting frustrated spending 20-25 minutes for simple requests...

I called using 01506 421 702/721 & 712

By unconstructive, I meant your personal opinions of the people in the call centre, that was all.

Have you tried 01506 421884? I've never had to ring Sky, so I don't know how they transfer you. You could try asking politely if you could be transferred to the UK billing department.

Any word on a new 0800 no?  The last one seems to have been discontinued Angry

Sky doesn't provide any 0800 numbers (as far as we are aware). What is wrong with the 01506 numbers already provided?

Have just had a problem with my sky receiver and can confirm that 01506 421884 works fine in the evening (7:30pm).
Switched over automatically to a call centre (UK based !) and only had to wait for 2 minutes.

Great site, and will keep visiting frequently.  Smiley

0800 3896818 has a recording saying it is The Listening Company and that they have called you on behalf of one of their clients.

I too have just used 01506 421884. No queuing, no pressing numbers for this or that - got straight through to a lovely lady in Scotland who answered my questions regarding home moving without problem. (call made approx 8.15pm on a saturday)

I've added this to the main entry in the "other info" column. The main alternative has a menu for Sky Talk/Sky TV enquiries. Search for
sky

Thanks for everyones help!

I used the 01506 421884 number to contact Sky to downgrade my package tonight and the total length of my call including being transferred to another operator and her offering me a deal was 9 minutes!!

She also said that I could save money on my call to Sky if I was a Sky Talk customer, but I never told her that I used this site and my monthly minutes plus stop the clock on my Vodafone mobile  Grin

Thanks again everyone, this site is great  Smiley
