Does anyone know if we use the existing 0870 numbers or are they going to give sky talk customers different numbers to use?

All SkyTalk customers can call Sky customer services on either a 0870 or their new 0844 and it is apparently free of charge.

Hello all,
Today I tried the Sky number 01506 421 884. It worked the first time but when I tried the second time the message "This number has not been recognised" came on so it might not be any good to use it in the future.Seems like they have tumbled it. Hope this is of some use to all, regards,vox-haul. Sad

EmbarrassedRe.my post about the Sky number 01506 421 884, I tried it again today and got straight through. Strange but true so it seems it's still worth trying. There's a very helpful person there who answers, so I'm at a loss as to why it went pear shaped yesterday. Hope it works for you all, don't give up.Regards,vox-haul. Grin

just used 01506 421 884  and got straight through to helpful person (sounded south african).
my query was why when you are a sky customer already, do you have to pay to have sky sports news (when u havnt got premium channels),
but you can watch it for nothing on freeview.
he couldnt answer that so he said he would pass it through to london for them to contact me....

anyone know the reason on here ??

hi lufcandy you don't need to subscribe to Sky Sports to get Sky Sports News, it is one of the few free to air channels. Smiley

No it's not - it's FTA on DTT but not on satellite.

Sorry to contradict you, but I have satellite(from Sky) and I get Sky Sports News free. Anyone else on here will probably tell you the same thing.
