I'm afraid you already know the answer to this.  Even if there was one, it wouldn't be long before Sky find it and close it down like they've done before.

Anyone got any UK geographic number for Sky where they can put me through to CS?

Both 0800's seem to be down and I don't fancy the 353 number as it costs me 15p a minute.

Edit : I rang Head Office on 0207 7053000 and they wouldn't put me through to CS so I told them they'd lose a customer and they put me through to complaints (just let it ring and it gets answered quickly) who were able to sort my problem out pretty darn quickly.

I tried head office, on above phone they gave me an e-mail address, I'll let you know how if it works. Wink

Hi,
It now seems that all the non 0870 numbers for Sky have been switched off, has anyone found a new contact number yet?

Hi there!

As other members / users of this site, good ol Sky Digital look at this site for these free telephone numbers and subsequently shut them down.

Hi!

I followed  Mike's advice to book my 2006/2007 Season Ticket for Sky's PremPlus and it worked an absolute dream. Mike you really are a *STAR*

REMEMBER DON'T PRESS * WHEN ASKED (They will ask you twice to do this) and as Mike says you will be transferred to India. Then state your business and they will take it from there.

Well done Mike!!!!

All the best

Angry AngrySorry about yesterdays question.  I am looking for a number to replace 08705 800 874 but any one which puts me in touch with Sky customer services will suffice.  I have rad the thread on the subject going back to 2003 and it seems that they have the thing sewn up.  Can anyone help?  Thanks Smiley

Hi everyone

Just to say I followed Mike's excellent advice - see below - and it worked a treat. In fact, to give the chap in India credit, he dealt with something that has taken me 4 calls to the UK call centre to get nowhere with, and did what I asked politely, efficiently, and promptly!

Mike.

Thanks for this tip 0800 587 5707 and do not punch in the *'s when asked. I did not and got straight through to Scotland in under 30 seconds and without going via India Wink

About time I saved some money instead of filling Skys pocket. Grin

Hi,
I've just registered to let you know that I've just used the number above and  ignored the two requests to key in the *'s and got straight through to Scotland as well.
I've used the site several times since it first appeared on site of the day on Steve Wrights radio program, keep up the good work and thanks.

Really appreciate the 0800 number for SKY - used successfully this afternoon.
And such a clever way of doing it - whoever worked it out needs a big pat on the back!
