After reading Sky owned 020 797995xx. I decided to test and tried 44:

and it worked!

I was expecting to have to make a few gueses then give up:

Sky Customer Services 0207 9799544:

Level 1:
Replacement Sky Viewing Cards: #0
Billing for Sky Talk or Sky Broadband: #1
Broadband : #2
NVN (No idea what that is): #3
Anything else: #4

There is no need to hit the '0' key, all you need to do is ignore the request to key in your number, (you are asked twice for it) then placed into the queue.

Thanks. This number now has a recording: "This service is no longer available."

It is currently listed as the main alternative for Sky.

020 7979 9544 has a menu on which may be suitable for all Sky enquiries. Try it and let us know how you get on.

The 01506 831609 number was still working for me a couple of weeks ago, but today that and 677005 both had very short automated announcements saying 'this service is no longer available'.

I then tried 020 79799500 and 9540 umpteen times but they were permanently engaged.

Having started to read this topic whilst I was waiting, I then tried 9544 and got through straight away, to the automated system and was speaking to a human within seconds.

The BSkyB customer services number 01506 831609 (as alternative number on this website) has now been stopped. Tried 608 and 607 and got the same 'this service is no longer available' message. Real pain - has anyone got any ideas? I know I need to call and it will take ages to get a satisfactory solution - they fleece me for enough money as it is. Angry
