I've removed the 01506 number from the database and put the 0800 046 8857 number in its place.

For those who don't have a landline, and so will incur premium charges with the 0800 number, use the dial through number 020 0222 0900. This can be used mobiles with any "freephone" 0800/0808/0500 number and means that calls will be charged as per 01/02/03 numbers, coming from inclusive minutes where otherwise applicable.

To use this service, dial the 020 0222 0900 number and call it (press Call/Send button). When the call answers, it will request the destination number; then enter the 0800 number (don't press Call or Send or any other button once you've dialled the 0800 number).

This does not convey the message as to how it is "not working". It could mean that they are closed now and will "work" when open.

I have just looked through your previous postings on the forum and see that you have posted requests before. For not one have you responded to suggestions made by members. You ask us to help you, but you don't help us (and thus help other site users) by providing feedback so we can listed suitable alternatives.

Sky:- I've just phoned the geo number - very long menu pressing different buttons - then "This service is no longer available" !
Typical.....
I got the geo number from your list:
08702 404040 which is the number given on TV screen for Sky Box Office and I searched here and you gave 01506 831007 for Sky Movies upgrade, then "This service is no longer available"

I tried another number you gave 0800 0468857 and they are closed now at 1am (open till 9pm) so will try them tomorrow. At least, there was an answer !!!

Please be aware that it appears to be an overseas call centre which can only answer basic queries, anything more technical they will transfer you to the centre in Scotland.
