If it is for customer services (also via 0870 7330333) then there are alternatives in the database and above in this thread. Search the database for [3] (with square brackets) and it will return all entries for the said company.

I think that suitable alternatives for 0870 3331829 are the "Sales" numbers I found above. They are, among others, freephone (from a landline) 0800 3586796 and 01442 456001 through to 049.

The 0870 number now has a recording giving the new 0843 number. I will add this new number to the database. It does not affect the alternatives that still work. 01442 456050 has the main Three menu on. 

Was trying to get hold of 3 yesterday and got a couple of wrong uns on the page, so I've gone through them all and there are updates on these numbers...

From CONFIRMED NUMBERS:

01442 456050      - If you type in a business mobile number it will put you through to Business CS. (Replaces an 0870 number I can't find atm)
01442 456400 - Is 3 collections department (aka payments), not customer services.

Not working:

0800 3586795 - reccomends calling 0843 number
+35314325020 (Irish No.) - The User that had subsribed to this service no longer does. If you wait it transfers to BT Corporate customer services but I don't know what number that replaces or how long it will last.
0141 2048674 - Connects for 5 seconds then cuts you off. Listed under 0870 7330432 in the text comments

NEW:

07782 333337 - 3 Business CS (All 3 shortcodes can be dialled via 07782 333 *** where *** is the 3 shortcode from a 3 mobile, though you've probably already guessed that!)

Working with more info:

0800 3589341 - 3 Sales. Can be added to sales entry in confirmed.

01628 765000 - Can be amalgamated with the other head office numbers (its in twice at the end of the Confirmed numbers, can be made 1 entry.)

01933 778633 - Straight to contract CS menu

01442 456050 - Same as entry in confirmed numbers under Mobile Broadband support. Works.

0800 3589149 - Sales - can be added to sales entry.

The following numbers were changed in line with the changes to the 0870 numbers as previously spoken about here... (Format: old number - replacement number - alternative)

08707 330 333 - 0843 373 3333 - 07782 333 333 (note this is a mobile number) Mobile Phone Account CS - Routes to Mumbai

08707 330 500 - 0843 373 0500 - 07782 333 500 - Mobile Broadband CS - Same

08707 330 444 - 0843 373 4444 - 07782 333 444 - PAYG Top up - Automated top up for PAYG mobile when you don't have access to a 3 Mobile.

08707 330 337 - 0843 373 3337 - 07782 333 337 - Business CS - Scotland Daytime Mon-Friday - Mumbai outside these hours.

There IS an 01 number for CS (the 333 department) but for the moment I will refrain from giving that out... however have no fear soon it will be given out...
