THEIR WEBSITE (thank you Google) suggests their address is:

Ebuyer (UK) Limited
201 Woodbourn Road
Sheffield
S9 3LR

And www.192.com lists 0114 209 6118 as their fax number (but no voice number whatsoever).

The unverified list has 0114 2016966, which follows bigjohn's no. Dial this and ask for customer services.

Let us know how it goes.

Has anyone got Ebuyers Normal LandLine number.  Not the latest 0845 146 1720

They have just moved and not sure if the alternatives to the the 0870 ones work.

Thanks

Sorry but I'm a little bewildered here !

Have you actually looked in the database on the search page for the Ebuyer number as you have a choice of two to try and I know that they both work fine as I use Ebuyer a lot !   Undecided

Your
0845 1461720
is now listed and you could also try searching for previous postings about Ebuyer in the forum.

As you are new to the forums, please take the time to read the post at the top of the Geographical Requests forum entitled ** PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING A NUMBER REQUEST **   Roll Eyes

According to PriceGrabber,
0845 1461720
is 24hr Sales support. However, Ebuyer advise that it's Customer Support, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (exc Bank Hols).

Other Google links say that it is often busy & goes to a recorded message then drops you ! I've not tried the 0845 so I can't say. When I call the Geo I am often put in a queue for an advisor but as I don't have to pay for it, I don't really care !!

It would seem that the original 0870 number they used (and dropped) has now been replaced by this new 0845. As I stated in the post above, the numbers in the database are still valid.   Grin

Hi Thanks For the reply.

The 0870 number is no more and as they had moved premises, I thought the Non Geo would not work as is was linked the old number, not the 0845.

Sorry If I wasted anyones time.  Cry

Cheers

Hi - has anyone had any luck contacting Ebuyer customer services via the numbers listed in the database? (I've been trying for days and no luck) although their site suggests the average call wait time is 2mins and longest 7mins .... my calls ring for over 10mins then just get dropped by the carrier.

btw the way numbers I'm trying .... 0114 201 6965 and 6966

Thanks

Yes I can (as a Valued Customer) advise that  the two numbers that you quoted both work properly. There could be a problem of course if nobody is there because it's their holiday, but then again, I'm a cynic. Maybe they're on holiday until today (Wednesday 4th January). If they were there it would probably be busy and you wouldn't be able to get through. Check what the website says about their holiday period.

Try again later on this afternoon & see how you get on.

Hi,
I've tried both geographical numbers and the just ring out. I ring the 0845 and it goes straight to their announcments and queue. These numbers must be wrong. Has anyone got any new ones?

I've just had reason to try the CS numbers & found them both ringing out.

0114 2016967 gives access to their internal sysyem if you have an extension number, which I didn't, but I just shotgunned it. I found out that the Warehouse has been moved to Howden, E. Yorks, DN14 7UW (
014304
) just off the M62, so now they have two separate offices (see this link). Consequently the numbers we have are ringing out as they're no longer in use !!

Now we need to start looking for numbers with
01430 4xxxxx
. Someone from that area could be useful that may know the premises they've moved to.
