That more or less used to be the case with eBuyer some years ago now: no contact number (or at least it was hidden away). I guess people didn't like dealing with a company they seemingly coudn't phone if things went wrong.

If it's possible to avoid the number by using other facilities provided, that's slightly less bad than having an 087 number that it's impossible not to phone, for example contacting City Link to rearrange my eBuyer delivery - that can't be done online!

Wasn't there some regulation that with Limited companies, you must display a contact number wherever you do business.

Try 01430 433606 or 605.

Credit control: 01430 433636
Helpdesk: 01430 433670
Business to Business line: 01430 433673
(alternative for 0870 467 5063)

01430 433605 answers "There are x calls ahead of you" and goes into a queue.

433606 says "Welcome to Ebuyer" and then (I assume) goes through to 433605.

Whether these are for orders (0872 111 2222) or general enquiries (0871 521 3300) I don't know.

Well, I guess we need to wait and see if any of the previous requesters come back and report success or failure of the given numbers.

Hello,

I signed up just to say THANKYOU!!! to Dave as the 01430433605 number gets you straight into the que and works OK!

I call ebuyer at least once a week so this will be a great saver especially when you can be on hold for between 10-15 mins.

Cheers,

Will Grin

Hi,

Just tried the above number today and it seems it is no longer in service! This change must've happened either today or yesterday because i rang eBuyer on the Tuesday.

They must be getting wiser... Huh

The 01430 433605 number I suggested above is now answered by a recording provided by Ebuyer redirecting to the 0871 number.

EBuyer  number needed

Having bought a laptop for my daughter for Uni from Ebuyer I have now had to return it after 14days due to blue screens and some sort of hardware fault.
The only numbers I can find are 0870 or 0845.
Shocked
I have tried the numbers shown on this site but all I get is "this number is no longer in use, please call 0870"
Does anyone have a geographical number I can use to call Ebuyer

Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.

I have joined your post to the existing thread for Ebuyer. We know that numbers for its offices are in the range 01430 4336xx and 7xx.

The menu on 433701 might be what you're looking for and I have amended the database accordingly. Please let us know how you get on.  Wink

Tried calling Ebuyer an hour ago and they are wise again unfortunately. The recorded message says this "This number is no longer in service, please call the 087" etc etc.

That goes for the 2 numbers on this site which are: 01430 433701 and 01430 433702

help !! lol  Sad
