has anyone got the number for o2 upgrade? The number they quote is 0870 225 9933.
i have tired to upgrade online, but comes back saying i have to phone above number, even though i'm on full contract and have had the phone for 15 months

try this number i have been using for o2 for three ywears it has never failed yet 0800 0288151 its the best i can do for you but it is free from a land line, not a mobile regards Simon

Tell them that you've been trying to get through to the upgrade department for days and they will put you through on the freephone number or get them to ring you back! so no expensive 0870 or 0906 numbers to ring!

Try 0870 5 860 860 option 2.1 on the IVR if so.

Hi does any one know the geographical number for O2 online customer upgrades/retention?

Whenever I need to call O2 I use the freephone number 08009708702 (from my BT landline) and select whatever option I think fits my reason for calling. They seem to transfer you to the right desk no problem anyway.
