Eureka!   Dave, you are brilliant!  Rang 01483 298630 and the lady on the switchboard put me through to the relevant department with no query about where I got the number or suggestions I had to phone anyone else.   A very helpful man answered and they are even replacing the lost shaver lead for FREE!   It is not only the cost of the 0845 calls, but you seem to get nicer, more helpful people on the direct geo nos!   Hope this helps others & that these nos can now be added to the verified list.   By the way, am having a bit of trouble accessing the unverified list.  Have also noted how to "google" for info.
