DaveM - You probably don't need to know any more, but the one good thing I'll say about Singlepoint is that, if you moan about having to call an 0870 number to get a problem of their making fixed, or even moan about the time taken to get through, they'll usually credit your account with £5, if you're nice to them. The problem I have with Singlepoint is the organisation as a whole, not the individuals who work there, most of whom are very pleasant and helpful.
Edward - thanks for the tip about Orange. Unfortunately I need a cross-network tariff. They do include 08xx in Orange Value Promise O2 tariffs, but as a total package the Orange tariffs still seem better to me - business tariffs, that is, I haven't checked non-business - even allowing for non-inclusion of 08xx.
