I don't care if they're on BT's exclusion list or not. It doesn't matter if you don't have a BT inclusive account & I would guess that most of you with any sense have found a better deal. My call providers' inclusive plan allows ALL 01/02 calls.
Alternatively you could use 18866 with these numbers on a BT line and thereby reduce the cost.
