i need 2 contact pc world's customer service which is an 0870 no. they have kept me on hold for over 5mins. does any1 have the alternative no?

After several calls to PC World I was given an 0800 number by one of their call centre operators.  The number is 0800 056 5732.  I've just submitted this for inclusion on the site.

TIP!!! If you call the 0800/0870 number, then press * then enter the store number i.e 0729 for Lincoln store to be put straight through to the  to the store you need!!! NO MORE CALL CENTRE!!! WICKED!!! LOL

Experience here suggests PCW do not offer customer service.

They have totaly ignored all written correspondence, and umpteen reminders, regarding a refund.  This was the first dealing with PCW --- and the last !!

The telephone number used to keep chasing them is 0161 797 6579.  There are also 0161 447 3000 and 0161 763 6056 noted in the pile of papers here.  (One, or more, of these may be a FAX number).
