Try 023 9267 0101. This used to be printed on the old membership cards for reporting stolen cards from abroad. Let them take your details and just ask for the service you want, mentioning that you are calling from abroad.

If you want to be really sneaky then you could use the freephone verion 0800 62 55 00 which takes you to the same card loss department for free. I don't know if they can distinguish between which number you dialed. If they can you would caught out by calling them on the 0800 number and saying you are calling from abroad.
