Got a leaflet through the door today stating that if I stayed with O2 for another 12 months (contract phone), I'd be eligible for £75 credit. So I rang the freephone number off stated and it appeared to be customer services  Grin

Turns out anyway that I'm not going to bother with the offer, can't have a new handset!
