Does anyone know of the geographic number for the EDF Branch at:

EDF Energy, Customer Services, Fore Hamlet, Ipswich, IP3 8AA

The only number is: 0845 7 673 673

Also, does anyone have a geographic number for the following number:

0800 7 838838

The above number is used for power cut helplines and to get through at times, is like trying to get an appointment with the Pope, in fact once you have pressed on the menu buttons you get a short announcement and then you cut off!  Well, what a way to run a business, you just cannot get through to a human being.

Would there be any EDF employees watching this website, if so, please assist!
