They've probably got many lines. With direct dialing all the extension numbers will start with the same prefix. A search of

finds this page which mentions 01506 606028, suggesting that my hunch is right.

, which appears to be what you're after. If not, try some of the following numbers starting 01506 606.

Accounts, Sales, Support and are on the menu at 606000. You didn't specify which dept. that you needed but I suspect that it's Support ??  


To help you and as a matter of interest, you can reach them on any of the following lines - 000, 025 thru 039. So even if one's busy you have 15 others to try getting thru on (just like on the 0870 line).  

They have a Premium rate support line also of 0901 0220099 which I think comes up on 019, but I will check it tomorrow during working hours and see if it does.
