Hi,

i'm after the geographical number for Northumbrian Water.

Their Non Geo number is 0845 733 5566
Their address is, PO BOX 300, Durham, DH1 5WQ

any help will be much appreciated.

They have these free numbers on their website

To report a leak please call 0800 393084.
To report a flood please call 0800 3287648.

You could then try saying that there is a bar on your phone for 0845/0870 nos and could they give you a geo code number-or could they put you through.

It's just worked for me with UNAT

Northumbrian Water Abbey Road Pity Me Durham DH1 5FJ Telephone: 0191 XXX XXXX (No longer valid)


It's on the local government site.

Success or what?

Did a search by using Dave's tip of putting the company address as well as name into google.

0191 XXX XXXX (No longer valid) has an automated message advising the number has changed to 0870 608 4820.

Yesterday I dialled 0191 301 6166 and asked for the number of Accounts, they would give it but offered to connect me.  Might be worth a try!
