This was dead easy.

Looking for it on Google proved fruitless because you gave us TOO little information.
It should have been

Initial City Link

Looking on Yell.com gave most others in the same company as Geo numbers - but NOT Middlesborough ! Undecided

I called the Manchester office and asked for Middlesborough's number and the lady there was most helpful.

If you try ringing them, you'll find out, (as I did) that they handle all the calls for Middlesborough Look at this Google link to see the reasons why.

Still not the same as calling the local lads to find out why my parcels have been on an extended tour of N Yorkshire for 2 days now.
