No wonder the Royal Mail is losing money hand over fist.
Here they are, advertising for staff in the Plymouth area and, instead of asking potential recruits to phone a Plymouth 01752 number, they pay for an 0845 number.
I bet they'll come up with the ridiculous,
"..... an 0845 number is a convenient way for us to be accessible to all of our customers without penalising, in terms of telephone charges, those who live at a distance from our offices
" argument if challenged!
However, there are a couple of possibilities on this site:
1. 01752 387112 Business Customer Services;
will transfer to req'd dept.2. 01752 387116 Customer Services (residential)
As they're both Plymouth numbers, might be worth a try (particularly the first).
