Does anyone have a number for the Bush helpline. The NGN in the instruction manual is 0870549000, the geographic number equivalent gets me through to Domestic and General, they deny all knowledge of the helpline but have suggested another number namely 08708730079

If you don't get anywhere there reggie, & if it is the TV Internet service that Bush has that you are interested in, then log on to bushusergroup.com & click on to their forum. I'm pretty sure somebody there will help you. However, if it's just the Bush Tv service that you want, I have no suggestions.

Various Google searches threw up suggestions for the Bush (Alba) Helpline.

Please let us know which of them work OK and what products they are intended for (if specific), and add them to the database.

020 87873111 is an answer phone message giving out the 0870 number

The 020 87873000  goes to a switchboard who tell me the service people have their own switchboard?? and that I will have to phone the 0870 number, she would not put me through but took my phone number, (0870) and said she will pass it on and the will ring me back, I will have to wait and see.

The 020 85945533, posted by DaveM at reply 4 does the same as the 87873000

Hi, has anyone got the number for Alba CS? the number I have is 08708730078, the numbers in the database do not help,
0239 2391000, is only for  Goodmans
0208 2387650 is a switchboard and will only give the 0870 number
0208 7873000 is the same as 2387650

Thanks, I have tried that number,it is the head office, they transferred me to a switchboard who attempted to give me the 0870 number, I told them I wanted an 01/02 number or for them to transfer me, they did not have a geo number? and said they could not transfer me, but took my number and said they would call me back, so will have to wait and see

If they do not answer they are not earning anything and it is not costing you anything.
