The 0800 number listed for Diamond was answered by an obstructive woman who refused to put me through to the relevant dept to amend my insurance, insisting that I use their rip-off 0870 number. I suspect they will be getting a furious email and snail mail follow up.

That is Diamond off the comparison lists. And just when my wife needs to renew insurance on three cars, house, contents, two dogs and a horse.
