Reply #70 - Feb 14^th, 2007 at 9:19am I saw the article in the Daily Mail and having had (in my view) a scam performed on me by Royal Mail, who forced me to use their 0870 number and then made sure I spent 5 minutes and more on it to process the data, I have been looking for a friendly site ever since. Just told someone at Virgin Media Call Centre and they said they will put it on the notice board, they were looking into how I had been charged £80 for calls that should have been inclusive... (All Geographical Alternatived :-D)

also, when I did a audit at PC World, I spread the word there, Friends tell friends
