Interestingly, the address given for them is often one at Heathrow Airport, and the corresponding number is the 0870 number that is listed for ticket reservations.

As for the office number in London W6, I'd try 020 8735 6700. This is the number before the fax, which is likely to be the switchboard. (Also, there is another company in the building whose phone number is 8735 6300, fax 8735 6301)
