As the Ofcom site does not actually accept any complaints or feedback on this issue of 0870 & 0845 numbers, try the following website to send a complaint to your MP - very quick and easy to use: http://www.faxyourmp.com/
The more people who do this, the better.

Received a reply from my MP today stating:

"I can fully appreciate your concerns and have accordingly raised the points you make with the Chief Executive of OFCOM..."

If the CE of OFCOM replies, I'll post it.
