First of all, the number you ask for is the

National enquiry number

, and we have that in the database,

0208 9290152

, and ALL calls go there. Undecided

As the local offices have minimal staff manning, everything is done thru that number. If you want someone from the local office SPECIFICALLY, ask at that number and they will either give you a local number advising times the switchboard will be open (or an answerphone), or they'll get someone to call you back.
