If you are ringing the 01782 numbers and listening for the same recording you get when you dial the 0871 numbers, you might not find it because it is based on the 0871 number itself.
What I'm saying is that the individual menu options may point to different 01782 numbers. The hold music you hear when you call the 0871 and select an option might be based on that 0871. Whilst the music is playing, the 01782 number might be ringing. Hence, it's not straightforward to match 01782 number to those underlying the 0871 menu.
