Hi all

The other week I got so sick of waiting on an 0870 number to complain about an order problem -
so I hung up and wrote to them - but I sent it without a stamp.

They replied back complaining that the post office charged them over £1 for the unstamped letter.

Well I wrote back complaing that it cost me over £1 for waiting in the phone queue for over 10 mins - and I didn't stamp this one either.

You can complain to these firms this way - and then they know what its like to be ripped off.

Alsow ith junk mail I bundle it up in a new envelope and send it back - unstamped.

A freind of mine even sends back old shoes etc to firms that get up his nose - such a British Gas
