Yes some of the list have 0845. But this is the info as I find it from one source. However it does prove that their network has not been centralised yet, so therefore an ordinary number will exist for the store.
Perhaps you could chat to one of the help desk assistants in the store, perhaps just ask them to ring your phone once as a missed call, just to check your phone is working. After all, it will cost them nothing, then with any luck the geo number will come up on screen.
A common theme amongst these numbers, as has been previously pointed out is that the actual store number probably ends in 400. So the helpdesk might give **** *** *421. If that's the case, then you've got it.

Brilliant, thank you, the number is 01799 562400, I have just rung it and they answered.   Does this also mean I am safe to reply to thE Tesco womand that she is WRONG?   Still would like to know if 0845s are always NTS backed up by a geog no?
Thanks again for all your help.  Any tips on how to find such nos?   Also I will post on list.

We'll have to wait and see. However, Tesco appear to have adopted DDI in many of their stores where the number ending 00 is the main number and 45 is the petrol station. So they have at least 50 DDI numbers per store, so whether they would bin them all, bearing in mind the expense they must have gone to to implement them all in the first place, we'll have to wait and see.

They might provide the 0845 so that it can be forwarded to the call centre during 'busy' periods. In which case they might be trying to dissuade customers from calling the geographicals.

Just found it out myself by phoning the tesco garage and they gave me the geo number

It's 0115 9807700

So if you want to ad that one to the list on the search it's right as I've just used it. Didn't know how to ad it myself

Hehe well people looking for it would not look under Ashgate stores they would defuinitely search under Tesco Hucknall so its better put under that really
