Does anyone have a non-0870 number for car insurance claims from Frizzell?

The 3rd party who drove into my car was insured with them, and it was very costly for me to be put in a Q for over 15 minutes each time I tried to call them.

The only time I got to speak to a human being I was given a direct dial number of 01202 753674.

I have discovered that the numbers listed for Liverpool Victoria have been changed and some no longer work except for new customers. Some of the geos no longer work either, because they deliberately cut off the call, so presumably these will need to be verified again?

This is of course an ongoing problem, because as these scamming entities realise that people are using this site to circumvent their revenue they take steps to disconnect and conceal. There really is no effective solution to this?

It was 01202 292 2333. It still works and answers LV (which is the abbreviation of Liverpool and Victoria who I believe merged with Frizell and now call themselves LV)

Thanks for this. I've amended the listings. This 01202 number appears to be suitable for all new and existing business and is in fact answered with the same IVR (menu) as is on the 0845 number.

Another number which also has options for new and existing business, although with a slightly different IVR is 0800 220790 which is useful for landline users who pay for their calls.

Thanks for this. By pure coincidence you're reporting numbers for Liverpool Victoria, just reserved did! When you make a report like this, can you put the name of the company?

As I said above, 0800 220790 is live and working. The 0845 640 5266 is answered with the same IVR (menu) as the other similar 0845 numbers which is also on 01202 752007.

I've removed 01202 752007 and replaced it with 01202 753501 which is answered with an IVR for quotes and customer services for motor and household insurance.
