Orange (Wanadoo) Customer Escalations
Feb 6th, 2005 at 7:03pm

Direct line to Customer Escalations team: 0113 222 9123 - they will help you if you can't get any job from their moron support planks, but they will probably ask where you got this private number from!

I appreciate that number thanks. The fact that normally it takes ages to speak to a human then get passed from pillar to post, I will enjoy using this and will let youknow how I get on.

FREESERVE PHONE NUMBER (Wanadoo)

Hi,

My e-mail address is the old "freeserve" which has now become wanadoo but I am still on freeserve.  The site has locked me out and given me a phone number of
09062 517 517 costing 50p a minute to phone to gain access to the site.

Does anybody know an alternative number as I don't want to pay 50p a minute to try and sort  this out.

Thanks very much

Might be an idea to phone the normal customer services number.  I know it's 0870, but cheaper than 50p minute.  If they ask you to phone 090 then state that your custom is at risk.

Unless of course there is a geographic alternative, then of course phoning that is what you "wannado!!"

You can unlock recover your account online at their website. It takes a bit of searching but can be done. I think you do need your user id and password.

Good luck

Wanadoo Broadband

Does anyone know the geographical number to contact Wanadoo (Freeserve) Broadband?? I am on BT option 3 and resent having to pay for an 0870 call.
I notice that the number on the Guide is for Bradband technical issues only and I have used this number for that purpose.

Is it customer services you wish to contact, you haven't said?

If so, there's a number for CS in the database, does this work?

Not sure if the CS number will get through to the Broadband section.  UndecidedThey seem to have a separate number for Broadband from dial-up, but I will try it in due course and advise. Thanks for your kind help. Wink

You will be very lucky if the number supplied for wannado tech gets you through to a wanadoo tech agent. It is an outsourced call centre belonging to Garlands Call Centres and most 01642 numbers, like 01642 732795 will only get you through to the floors employee sickness phone line. Sorry to Dissapoint  Cheesy

That is correct. Garlands also have contracts for sky+, wanadoo, dot mobile, virgin.net, virgin mobile, bulldog, and cable and wireless. Garlands is a large outbound call centre so handles a few of these clients. The Email Would Of Read Something Like Firstname.Secondname@cjgarland.com.
