Have you had a look at Guide to finding geographical numbers?

Having Googled, it looks like most of their numbers start 020 8548 27. I suggest you try 020 8548 2700 - 020 8548 2799.

I was suggesting you dial 020 8548 2700 to 020 8548 2799 as quite a few of their nos are 020 8548 27xx. They may have just changed it to another direct dial number.

West Ham have changed their match booking number from 020 8548 2794 to 0870 112 2700. Using the old number does not work. The address of the Stadium Shop is Boleyn Ground, Green Street, London E13 9AZ. Does anyone know an alternative number to the 0870 number?

West Ham's main switchboard number is 020 8548 2748. The office was shut when I telephoned so I do not know if they would deal with ticket enquiries. The recorded message refers to the 0870 number for ticket sales so I guess they would not. I'll try it out next week.

I suggest that supporters of football clubs using 08xx numbers, especially for ticket sales, should contact clubs and their local media (I appreciate that not all supporters live locally to the club they support!).

From West Ham contact page the general contact address is yourcomments@westhamunited.co.uk

However, you might like to contact senior management directly, a list of which is here.

Email addresses are of the form <first initial><last name>@westhamunited.co.uk

Eg jsmith@westhamunited.co.uk

Googling the 0871 number (you should say what it is, rather than leaving it to me!  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes) reveals that this West Ham's ticket office number. There is an existing thread for them here and I ask you to continue discussion there so as to not duplicate. I shall remove this one soon. It suggests an 0870 number, so at present, if it still works, it may be the lesser of the two evils.

The given number isn't their ticket office. It is actually for their online store, which is run by Kitbag Limited (of Bradford, but with head office in Manchester it seems). Their Manchester office number is 0161 219 7800 - you could try ringing that.

In fact, there are many Kitbag entries in the database - please search for kitbag and try those entries.
