I notice in today's financial news that Capita have reported record profits.
I assume a good deal of this comes from their deal with the BBC, skimming off the profit on 0870 calls made to the call centres.
Perhaps we can look forward to a Watchdog / You and Yours on that subject ???  VERY unlikely I would say.

Not only the Surgery Line but also their offer of an 0870 number, they obviously cream a nice slice there as well, but look how they justify using an 0870.
