Sorry - i'm going on the directory which is clearly wrong, I didn't realise they had taken the others out of service - can't help then (and no I didn't add anything).

If someone had wanted something specific then I may have helped.

Don't post much but read the comments regularly.  Thought I would share this with everybody.  My daughter works for V.A.  Before she sets out on her trip to Heathrow she has to call in to check that the flight is leaving on time and there have been no problems with the inbound flight.  No problem there except the number she has to call is an 0870 number.  In addition all contact numbers for staff to the Virgin H.O. are 0844 numbers. I complained to a personnel manager as my phone bill was escalating and managed to get a geographic number.  However, I have been told this will only work for a short time as soon the main number is changing to 0844 and I assume they will then change their underlying geographic number.  It's one thing to rip your customers off, but to rip your staff off seems a step too far.

As you can see, there are quite a few numbers we had, until now, not uncovered. Perhaps you can provide the 0870 number she has to dial for info - see if we can find the 01293 number for it.

Most numbers say they are for outgoing calls only.

Hi, I am so impressed with this website!  There is not a result for an alternative number for 08703802004. This is part of Virgin Atlantic Airways - it is the number to ring for assisted travel for disabilities. If you manage to find an alternative, others could use it in the future. Many thanks.

I've mapped out all numbers 01293 473000 through to 3999 and these have been added to the above post. Most say they are for incoming calls only. It has revealed more alternatives to the published 0870/1 numbers, which are now all in the database (search for virgin atlantic).
