Is it just an accident?

I wonder sometimes whether the people who run this site know what they are doing. But then I realise that they know only too well what they're doing!

They are managing to obtain advertising revenue from the worst culprits that we are fighting against!

Well done guys.

So far I have noticed the RAC, the worst of all, I was a member for 20 years, until I rung a number for some account info., they said I would have to ring 0870...........

They got my business with a free phone number!

And now the DEC! (Disasters and Emergancies Committee)

Dial 0870 .............

No Sir, there are much better ways to contribute to a charity than that.

And never, ever, sign up for anything on the net unless you have illicited a promise from them that the number you rang in the first place will be the number if you have problems.

Believe it or not it is possible.

And when they deny all knowledge of such a 'promise' a month later ...............?

In my experience all born salesmen have had their morality logic chip removed at birth which then gives them the greatest possible difficulty in understanding the difference between a "proactive marketing statement" and a lie! Wink
