Goldfish Credit Card (Read 18,120 times)

imsi Newbie Offline Posts: 7	Goldfish Credit Card Mar 19^th, 2005 at 7:05pm I want Customer Services but the number listed( 0141 2049004) seem only to access new customer alternatives (even though it is the overseas contact number listed on the back of my bill!). Apologies if I've missed something

Goldfish customer services - correction

I have just tried to phone Goldfish customer services on the 0141 204 9004 number shown in the verified list and it took me to "new applications".

After a bit of research I discovered the overseas enquiry number is 0141 204 9012. Although their automatic system answers "Oversease customer services" it transfers you to a normal operator.

I have now listed the new number on the unverified list.

. . . and if you'd looked closely at the database, it was already in there !! Roll Eyes

I've now changed our entry so that the

0141 204 9012

is the main alternative and 0141 204 9004 is now in the other info with 0141 204 9005.

This is the problem with some of the older numbers. As time goes by, the companies may alter their usage & our database info then goes out of date.

It stops hurting when I stop banging it against the wall !!

Goldfish credit card discontinue 0141 numbers

I have just tried to phone customer services at Goldfish credit card on their 0141 number and received a recorded announcement telling me that the number was no longer in use and to phone an alternate 0870 number. I tried all their other 0141 number and received the same announcement.

I then called their 0800 activation line. When they answered the person I spoke to was able to answer my query, but I reckon it won't be long before they realise what is happening and stop doing that.

Does anybody have any new alternative numbers?

However, use one of their 0800 numbers and ask to be transferred to the appropriate Department. It worked for me but how long will that last?
