Just looked up Kenwood on the internet to find the 'phone number to order an attachment for my mixer, there was an0870 number for sales of attachemnts and spare parts. I 'phoned the geographic head office number and told them what I thought of them  they couldn't transfer me but put me on to customer services where I reiterated my complaint. They took my number and said that they would get the sales people to call me back.. We shall see.!
