Ive paid my dues with 1899, and I am still not able to make calls with them.. so I guess they aint as perfect as I thought they once were..

I paid via online banking 4 days ago, to which I was "promised" the account would be reactivated, and to this day its still blocked...

i need postal details of this effing cmpany so I can report them to oftel, coz this is pathetic!

That's exactly why I don't use them   If they had a phone contact number it would be much more un-dodgy.

I have the same problem my 1899 VOIP service is bloked
dur to an unpaid invoice THEY SAY . all my invoices with 18866 and 1899 have all been paid with the exception
of the current one on both services which ammount to
1.20 for 1899 and 89p regards 18866 .
These moneys they are free to take when they like I have sent about a dozen emails and only got the same bulldung back .
My 1886 account is working it is only the 1899 that is blocked just what do these people think they are playing at !! .
