If you use Google, what you put in is what you get.
Google searches by finding pages which contain the letters/words/numbers you enter in the search box. That is the reason an address (in particular a post code) is useful.
When searching, we are after a page/pages which have a geographical number. Quite often pages list an address, then a telephone number.
Some pages out there might list the phone number, but no address. The best way I can think to search for those is to input the company name and STD code.
You searched "direct line" and that's what you got! If you search
"direct line" 020
(with quotes) you get some numbers. Try it.
