I think it's probably all (or most) of the major companies, not just one.
We were switched from Talktalk to Toucan, but due to the high level of incompetence of both companies, we were unable to pursue a complaint to OFCOM, as Toucan claimed it was BT's fault - something to do with a "migration error" at the exchange ???
Something we can do is all complain to OFCOM and forget the old "stiff upper lip" 8) So many people I know have had it happen to them but refuse to complain for unknown reasons...
