I found the company details at Companies House then Googled for occurances of their postcode.

Hotham House, Heron Square, Richmond upon Thames, Surrey. TW9 1EJ

Guess who else lives at Hotham House ?
Compaq Computer Group Ltd and Pan Communications - irrelevant but there you go !! 

Then I found a very nice site that is anti PayPal with all sorts of useful stuff called PayPal sucks, which pointed me to the FSA company info that just happens to include the fax number, . 

Paypal have asked for documents to be faxed to them for verification of my account and have given an 0870 for the fax number.  There are options for telephoning, but nothing to replace this fax number.  Has anyone found a way round using this 0870 number to fax stuff to them, please?  mmh

I have joined your thread to the existing one for Paypal Fax. As jgxenite says, the fax number, which is also given above in this thread, is in the database.

Perhaps you could provide the 0870 number so that it can be added to the existing database entry so that a search of that number will bring up the 020 alternative.
