It is part of the Stage Coach Group. The telephone service is operated for them by Journeycall Ltd whose principle way of making a living is selling Travel Info etc by premium rate, or 0871 no,s.

This is a legitimate use of the premium rate service,where you pay or part pay through your bill for the service recieved. Unlike 0870/0845 being dumped upon on us for everyday use.

It all depends on what you want them for.If its to book a ticket they will insist that you dial the 090 no. It its customer service you need then ewmillercraig has given the no above. I hope this clarifies the matter.
