i received this e-mail today from O2.

Dear O2 Online Customer,

We've introduced a new number for O2 Online Pay Monthly Customer
Services and the good news is it's cheaper than the old one.

Up until now we've operated a premium rate number which was charged
at 50p a minute. For queries that took a while to sort out, it could
work out quite expensive.

As one of our most valued customers, we'd like to make sure you feel
you can call us whenever you want. So we've introduced a new number
which is charged at national rate.

The new number is 0870 600 3009. Make sure you save it to your phone
for future reference!

Ah, the same O2 that offered cheaper mobile calls to two chosen local codes - and considered 0207 and 0208 to be separate codes Angry
No wonder they still refer to National Rate - what price from an O2 mobile??

They have had 0870 6003009  in place for some time they just aint bothered to promote it.

The alternative is 01349 885040.

The message must be getting through to them that people aint going to ring expensive 09 no,s for Customer Service.This sort of thing could only happen in rip off Britain.

Never the less they are still to customer services,what the Titanic was to winter cruises

One good thing in O2s favour, is that if you have a contract phone, 0870, and 0845 are included in their inclusive minutes.
