Consumer Direct is delivered by regionally based contact centres in Great Britain - I have provided the geographic numbers of our operating contact centres below.
Please be aware that we are currently rolling out our service across Great Britain, so do not yet cover all areas of the country. Consumer Direct does not yet operate in the West Midlands, North West or North East of England (we will launch in these areas in late 2005/early 2006) so I am unable to provide numbers for these areas at the present time.
