Today I needed to make a claim under a policy that I have with Norwich Union Direct.
The number listed in their documents is 0870 5888 300.
I searched the database and found several numbers listed for Norwich Union Direct but none directly relating to this one.
I tried a couple of the 0800 numbers and was told by the people answering the 0870 number that I should use.
Eventually I gave in and phoned the 0870 number and was charged over £1 for the 11 minute call to the Indian call centre.

Does anyone have a geographic number for these people?
